Quotes, Payments, and Project Start

Project pricing, payment schedules, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

The required deposit must be received before strategy, design, development, or production work begins. Remaining balances are due according to the approved agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, logos, photographs, service details, domain access, and other materials required to complete the project.

Delays in providing information, approvals, or access may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Final approved deliverables become available to the client after all required payments have been completed, subject to any third-party licenses or platform restrictions.

A1CP Growth Systems retains ownership of its internal processes, frameworks, templates, automation architecture, prompts, and proprietary methodologies, including the A1CP Growth Blueprint™ and A1CP Growth OS™.

Third-Party Platforms

Some services rely on third-party providers, including website hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, messaging providers, analytics systems, and CRM platforms. A1CP Growth Systems is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
